“A Little More Cider” is a mid-19th-century American parlor and minstrel-stage song composed by Austin Hart and published in 1853, scored for voice, four-part chorus, and piano with the refrain “O, a little more cider too, a little more cider too.” It was circulated widely in sheet-music form, including an 1856 variation set issued as op. 658 by Oliver Ditson in Boston. The song was later anthologized in the 1909 collection Heart Songs.
