A traditional Old Time breakdown in G major, documented from Walter McNew (1912–1998) of Rockcastle County, central Kentucky, who had it from his father, John McNew, and from a family associate known as “Uncle” Garrett Bow; field recordings of McNew playing the tune are held at the Berea Sound Archives.
