Traditional Québécois reel, title translating as “Sugar Reel”. Also found as Reel du sucre d’érable, “Maple Sugar Reel”. Named for the spring tradition of collecting maple water to make syrup. There are several tunes that go by this name. This version was originally found from André Brunet’s lesson on FiddleVideo (see lesson link).
